(q) why should people listen to your show?
because they'll hear artists they've probably never heard before and probably will never hear on other shows/stations. and they may even like some of it.
(q) what animal most characterizes you and why?
the bonobo, because a) it's a cute nod to simon green and b) "the bonobos are the free-sex hippies of the animal world," says primatologist franz de waal of emory university in atlanta.
(q) what do you think people should do while listening to your show?
turn up the volume. open their minds. shake what their mama gave them.
(q) list three top people who have influenced you:
richard d. james, steve jobs, sorbonne professor
(q) what do you think of your callers?
i really appreciate my callers (aside from the "jerk-offs"), and think they're real sports for staying up at such ungodly hours. i don't think i could stay awake most weeks without the flash of the phone light or the task of request-hunting.
